The hotel is located in the heart of San Andres island, offering a great beachfront location. The rooms, though lacking in some amenities and aesthetics, provide a simple stay. The service, while a bit unprofessional and lacking English skills, is relatively pleasant. The dining experience is limited but homemade biscuits stand out. The general facilities are satisfactory, with some room for improvement.
The hotel is located at the Portobello Convention Center which is very convenient. However, the rooms were very dirty, so much so that we had to change rooms during our stay. The low doors in the bathroom and stairs posed a constant risk of hitting my head. The service was lacking, especially considering the price we paid. On a positive note, the location is pretty decent, close to the best beach on the island but the hotel itself could use improvements in cleanliness and service.
